At GourdgeousGals.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide quality service for all of our customers.
Since GourdgeousGals.com products are unique and produced only once ordered, returns and exchanges are not accepted without prior approval. But if you have problems with your order, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of product delivery) by replying to your order confirmation email and explaining the problem. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, be sure to include a clear photo showing the issue in your email. We’ll get back to you with a resolution/determination as soon as possible.

Provide Visual Documentation
To expedite the resolution process, kindly supply a clear picture of the item(s) clearly showing the issue or defect encountered. This helps us better understand the problem and determine the most appropriate solution.
Assessment and Solution
Once we receive your inquiry along with the visual documentation, our dedicated support team will promptly assess the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution. All return, exchange or refund decisions are under the sole discretion of GourdgeousGals.com and are final.
Correct Shipping Address Required
GourdgeousGals.com does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. You must provide an accurate, working shipping address on your order. Remember to include your apartment number, floor number or any other information necessary to ensure that the courier/shipping company can successfully deliver your package.
Once Your Order Has Shipped
You will receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled. If you opted for shipping, your email will contain the courier/shipping company and a tracking number to track your package. Unfortunately, GourdgeousGals.com is NOT responsible for items lost in transit or any items that are confirmed delivered but customer reports undelivered. If your item shows delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with the courier/shipping company to verify exactly where the package was left.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If your order is returned because you provided an incorrect shipping address or was classified "undeliverable," it is not GourdgeousGals.com's responsibility to pay additional shipping cost to resend it. Shipping costs associated with returns and replacements are your responsibility.
No responsibility for Courier/Shipping Company
We will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier/shipping company; international duties or customs charges; products that are lost or damaged during shipping; or products that have been marked delivered by the courier/shipping company.
The courier/shipping company will be responsible once our agent ships the packages. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier/shipping company directly to investigate this issue.
Custom Items
Custom items, including personalized or made-to-order products, cannot be returned due to sizing errors or changes of mind. Please ensure accurate measurements and specifications are provided when placing orders for custom items to avoid any dissatisfaction upon receipt.
